The most important name that can be taken in the list is fibers; vegetables (green and other colors), fruits, whole grains, cereals and beans are all rich in fiber. Brown bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, barley, porridge, fruits like kiwi, melons, figs and apples, citrus fruits like grapefruit, vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, Broccoli, lettuce, spinach, and beans of any kind are rich in fiber, so if you include them in your breakfast and meals, they will make you satiated, still will burn your fats. A small handful of nuts too are a good source of fiber, plus they are good for your heart and brain too. Eat all these preferably fresh; if canned fruits are to be eaten, prefer water or juice-packed and not syrup-packed.
