What to Drink While Exercising

If you take a look on the market, you’ll spot a dizzying array of sports drink promising you’ll run faster and longer with shorter recovery time. So, should you put sports drink on your shopping list? It’s up to you, although I would suggest something a way cheaper and probably even healthier: Fruit Infused Water Bottle.

It is important to stay hydrated during physical exercise, although for the average workout of 60 minutes (and even less), the water is all you need. Nevertheless, if it’s humid or hot outside, or if you’re going longer than one hour, you may need the extra electrolytes and calories. Also, everybody has different needs, based on sweat rate, weight and how hard they’re working. Basically, what human body needs before, during and/or after exercise are hydration, fuel and electrolytes and sports drinks do provide these three things. But, with a little help from Fruit Infused Water Bottle, you can make your own healthy, cheap, low sugar and preservatives-free drink for your workouts. Since this product is designed for people leading active life, it’s made of safe, durable and crack-proof material.

Adding electrolytes and vitamins to drink to help your body during and after hard work out might be reasonable, but I still think (and medical experts agree, too) that it’s the best way to get minerals and vitamins naturally from foods. Having in mind that it’s sometimes inconvenient to eat fruits and vegetables (which are super healthy foods) during your training, sports drinks come as more practical solution. But, if you make your own healthy drink by adding just a slice of lemon or orange, you’ll pay less and get more from it. You can, for example, combine these ingredients to make sports drink that will surely meet your needs: 24 ounces water, 1 tsp lime juice, 1/3 tsp salt, 4 tsp honey. Or get the Fruit Infused Water Bottle and you’ll get great product with wonderful healthy recipes.
