If you are recently engaged and you are planning your wedding day, you are probably under pressure. You have to organize everything, not to forget anything important and of course you have to look fabulous. In case you’ve got few pounds more than you should or you only want not to gain weight until the big day, we want to share some useful tips with you. Don’t be shy to admit you want to tone up or to lose weight before the big day, because lot of brides want the same. The best part about our tips is that they can help you set healthy patterns of your eating habits, so you will be slim and fit even after your wedding.

First of all, drink plenty of water! This magical drink will keep you from over-snacking during the day, while at the same time it will help your body shed toxins. Eight glasses of water are recommended, but the fact is that the amount of water your organism needs depends on your weight and eating habits. And, keep in mind that diet soda is not water, therefore skip it. Also, cut back on alcohol.

Smaller portions! Yes, it is better to have four or five smaller meals than to have two or three large ones. Start with moderate portions and eat more food only in case you are still hungry. To avoid having a large meal, carry some healthy snacks with you all the time because healthy munching will both boost your energy level and keep you from binging on a large meal. Nuts, granola bars, fruits will make you slim, vibrant and healthy.

Finally, think of nice exercise routine that will not be a huge burden to your own lifestyle. Go dancing, swimming, walking if you are not a fan of the gym. However, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week will make you see more results in both toning up and losing weight for the wedding.
