The Mind & Soul should be fed positive affirmations to promote balance and emotional well-being. An affirmation is a declaration to promote positive thinking and self-empowerment. The body needs to be fed healthy foods; more importantly customized levels of macronutrients per individual for optimal weight management/health results.
Her obsession and fascination with healthy living and a holistic approach to healthy living led her to study and become a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, and later a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. In an effort to educate others on a holistic approach to healthy living she started a nutrition business, F.A.M.E Healthy Living (F.A.M.E stands for Feeding. Affirmations. Mentally & Expressively).
In her nutrition business she works with clients on Weight and Lifestyle Management by creating Affirmation Meal Plans. These meal plans are customized per client, based on their age, weight, height and gender, in addition to their desired health goals. The affirmation meal plans are a compilation of positive affirmations and customized meals based on the appropriate macronutrient levels per client. The affirmations provided with her meal plans allow individuals to express self-love and positivity towards themselves. This plays a key role in creating that positive holistic balance within the Mind, Body & Soul.
Janice is a firm believer that the body hears everything the mind thinks. If you start believing in yourself and your body’s ability to do what you want it to, it eventually will. Her philosophy is that the seeds we repetitively plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with positivity will ultimately become one’s reality.
Janice loves educating people on eating and living a healthy lifestyle. She has created several short healthy series on social media educating people on the power of healthy food such as: Food Can Fix It and Detox Diaries. In these series she discusses how food can assist with anxiety, stress, eczema, migraines, bloating and weight plateaus (always consult a physician before beginning any health program). Her content creations are a mix of positive motivation/affirmations and healthy food tips. Her aspiration is to share and teach the techniques of living a balanced healthy lifestyle and provide the inspiration for one to believe they can accomplish their intentions.
